Student Wellness

Christy Tolch, R.N. is the school nurse at Clay High School. She helps with first aid, giving students medication, medical record keeping, and other medical needs. You may contact her at 393-4949 if you have questions about medications, medical problems your child may have, immunizations and why they need them, mental health issues and who you may need to call for help. 

For Mental Health issues you can call, MEMORIAL EPWORTH CENTER at 574-647-8400 or you can go to the crisis center at 420 N. Niles Ave. They are open 24 hours a day. 

The nursing office is always in need of gently used clean clothing. Anything from underwear, socks, sweatpants, tops, coats, dress pants, etc. is appreciated. Call or bring the items to the nurse's office if you would like to donate.

Mrs. Debra Jennings, Social Worker is in the office with Ms. Tolch. She is here to help students with any problems they may have, case managing, 504's, food programs, clothing programs, etc. Please call or leave a message for Mrs. Jennings at 393-4926, if you have any questions or need assistance.
